Nutella Cheesecake!


This one is thick and creamy and fantastic!!!

1 and 1/2 Cups Nutella

2 – 8oz tubs of cream cheese

a pinch of salt

1/4 cup white sugar

2 tsp. Vanilla

You can use a frozen pie shell, a shortbread crust or the oreo crust. Which ever you prefer!

Mix with a mixer, trust me it’s thick!

Refrigerate for a few hours to set and then make sure u keep it covered and in the frig after u grab a bite!

As you can see from the picture, I added the dark chocolate shavings to the top too! It balances out the two chocolates!


Also I wanted to add another variation of this. I simply added 8 oz of cool whip, folding it in the already mixed filling and it turned it into a mousse type Pie which was fabulous and it also made two pies instead of one. So there is that also! 🙂
