Chocolate mug cake
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 heaping tbs white sugar
2 level tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
Mix all dry ingredients with whisk then add:
1/4 cup whole milk plus 1.5 tbs
2 tbs veggie oil
1/4 tsp of vanilla
Place in large coffee mug
Note: You can also add a spoonful of peanut butter, nutella or caramel sauce. Just drop it in the batter before you stick it in the microwave.
Microwave for 50-60 seconds. Don’t touch for 30 seconds after microwave stops.
Our favorite topping is a spoonful of cinnamon bun frosting! This is my children’s favorite dessert!
