Corn Casserole!

1 box jiffy corn muffin mix

1 stick melted butter

2 eggs

1 can cream corn

1 can whole corn, drained

8oz sour cream

shredded cheese

Mix all together, save some cheese for the top. Cooks at 375* for about 45 minutes until the top is brown and the inside it done when you stick a tooth pick in the center. Feel free to double this recipe. You can also sub mexi-corn for the whole corn if you want.
