Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 blocks of frozen spinach, thawed and drained

4 bricks of cream cheese

2 cans of artichoke hearts in brine, drained

1 cup parmesan cheese

3/4 cup mayo

1/4 cup sour cream

a medium diced purple onion

Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and mayo until it becomes smooth. Add in the parm cheese, onion, artichokes, and spinach. Stir well then put in a 9×13 pan and bake on 350* for 30-40 minutes.
