Italian Pasta Salad
1 lb. spiral pasta
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
1 lb. ham or salami, cut into chunks
3 cups diced tomatoes or the grape tomatoes
¾ cup black olives, sliced
¼ cup minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup sliced or diced red onion
1/4 cup Shredded carrots
pepperoncinis
Fresh broccoli, cut into smaller pieces
1½ cups or so of Italian dressing (fat free)
Cook pasta then toss in oil and cool. Add all the ingredients together then toss in Dressing a little at a time until you like it.
